At It Stickie, every sticker, print, and design is made with love and a sprinkle of sass. We want you to absolutely adoreyour order! But if something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.

💌 Returns & Refunds

• Stickers, Decals, and 3D Printed Items:
  These are made-to-order and non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll happily send a replacement or offer store credit.

• Digital Downloads:
  Because digital files are instantly delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. But if you have any trouble accessing or using your files, we’ll absolutely help you get things sorted.

• Custom Orders:
  All custom designs are final sale once approved. Please double-check spellings, photos, and details before final approval!

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

We aren’t responsible for postal delays or lost packages once they’re in the hands of the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help you track them down. If your order shows as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office first.
