Thanks for shopping with It Stickie. Every order is packed with care, caffeine and probably at least one dramatic playlist in the background.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within:

  • 3–5 business days

Custom Orders & Personalized Items

Custom decals, stickers, magnets, artwork and made-to-order products may require:

  • 5–10 business days

3D Printed Items

Custom color requests or larger 3D printed orders may require:

  • 10–14 business days

Processing times may increase during:

  • Holidays
  • Sales/events
  • High order volume periods

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • Other available shipping providers depending on location and order size

Shipping speeds selected at checkout refer to carrier transit time only and do not include processing time.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping notification.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

It Stickie is not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by address errors
  • Returned packages due to insufficient or incorrect address information

If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

It Stickie is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Weather or transit disruptions

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We’ll still do our best to help however we can.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging
  • Your order number

We’ll work with you to make it right.


International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • VAT charges
  • Additional country-specific delivery fees

Delivery times for international orders can vary significantly depending on customs processing.


Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

No physical product will be mailed for digital purchases unless specifically stated in the listing.
