Custom Orders FAQ
1. What types of custom orders do you accept?
We love bringing your ideas to life! You can request:
-Custom stickers & decals
-3D printed items
-Digital art & designs (tumbler designs, glassware, seamless patterns, etc.)
-Other one-of-a-kind creative projects—just ask!
2. How do I place a custom order?
It’s easy! Just fill out the Custom Order Form on this page. Include your ideas, reference images, size and quantity. We’ll review your request and get back to you with a quote within 48 hours.
3. How long does a custom order take?
Processing times vary by product:
Stickers & decals: 5–7 business days
3D printed items: 10–14 business days (for multiple items or custom colors, it may take a little longer)
Digital designs: 3–5 business days
We’ll always give you a more accurate timeline when we confirm your order.
4. Can I make changes after submitting my order?
Yes! You can request small adjustments before production begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible, but we’ll always communicate with you clearly.
5. Can I request a rush order?
Sometimes! Please include “Rush Order” in your form submission. We’ll let you know if it’s possible and if there’s an extra fee.
6. What if I don’t like my custom item?
We want you to love your custom creation!
For digital art, we offer up to 2 revisions included in the quote.
For physical items, if your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match the confirmed design, please send photos within 3 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
7. Can I order multiples of the same custom item?
Absolutely! Just indicate the quantity in your form. Larger orders may take a little extra time, which we’ll confirm when we send your quote.
8. Do I need to pay before my custom item is made?
Yes, once we approve your design and send you a quote, payment is required before we start production.
9. Can I get help coming up with a design?
Definitely! Include your ideas, inspirations or favorite colors in the form and we’ll collaborate with you to bring your vision to life.
10. Can I request a custom order as a gift?
Of course! Just let us know in your form, and we can include a personalized note or package it specially for gifting.
Rush Order Fees for Custom Orders
1. Sticker & Decal Rush Orders
Standard Production: 5–7 business days
Rush Production: 2–3 business days
Rush Fee: +25% of the total order
Notes: This covers priority printing and handling.
2. 3D Print Rush Orders
- Standard Production: 10–14 business days
- Rush Production: 5–7 business days
- Rush Fee: +30–50% of the total order (depending on complexity & quantity)
- Notes: Rush orders require immediate approval and payment; limited slots may be available per week.
3. Digital Design Rush Orders
- Standard Production: 3–5 business days
- Rush Production: 24–48 hours
- Rush Fee: +25% of the total order
- Notes: Includes priority editing & delivery; maximum of 1–2 rush orders at a time.
4. How to Request a Rush Order
- Fill out the custom order form.
- Check the box for “Rush Order” and describe your desired timeline.
- Wait for confirmation of feasibility and fee.
- Once confirmed, payment is required to secure the rush order.
5. Important Considerations
- Rush orders are first-come, first-served and may not always be available.
- Complex designs or large quantities may increase rush fees.
- All rush orders are final upon payment; minor adjustments may be limited.
