At It Stickie, every order is created, packed and shipped with care from our tiny creative corner of the world. Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, please review our refund policy before placing your order.

Stickers, Decals & Ready-to-Ship Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Eligible orders may receive:

A replacement item
Store credit
A refund (when applicable)

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer
Application errors
Minor color differences caused by screen settings
Orders damaged after use

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom items are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Please double-check:

Spelling
Sizing
Color selections
Uploaded photos/designs

It Stickie is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

Digital Downloads

All digital products, including:

Seamless designs
Tumbler wraps
T-shirt graphics
Digital artwork
Custom digital files

are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the nature of instant digital delivery.

If you experience an issue with your file, please contact us and we’ll gladly help troubleshoot.

3D Printed Items

Our 3D printed items are carefully packaged, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos.

Please note:

Custom color requests may require 10–14 business days
3D printed items are not toys
Keep away from extreme heat
Not recommended for children under 10

Shipping Issues

It Stickie is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost/stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
