Stickers & Decals: Usually ship in 3–5 business days
3D Printed Items: Custom colors or multiple items may take 10–14 business days

🎨 Can I request a custom design?
Yes please!
Custom stickers, shirts, and digital art can be ordered through our site — or join our It Stickie VIP Facebook Group for exclusive custom drops and first dibs on limited designs.
🖨️ What if my sticker or 3D print arrives damaged? No worries! Just send us photos within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll replace or credit you.
💾 How do I download my digital files?
You’ll receive an email with download links right after purchase. You can also access your downloads in your account anytime!
📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because most of our items are custom or made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your order. But we’re humans — and we care! If you’re not happy, reach out and we’ll make it right.
🪐 Are your 3D printed items toys?
Nope! They’re decor pieces and accessories — not meant for children under 10 and should be kept away from heat.

Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout the United States. If you’re interested in placing an international order, please contact us before purchasing to discuss available options.
How long does shipping take?
Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders, made-to-order items and certain 3D printed products may require 10-14 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and carrier service.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or digital downloads, we do not accept returns on these items. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
How long does it take to process my return?
If a refund or store credit is approved for a damaged item, it is typically processed within 3-5 business days after we review the photos and confirm the issue.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We do not offer exchanges on custom, personalized, or digital products. If a non-custom item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
