🖨️ What if my sticker or 3D print arrives damaged?

No worries! Just send us photos within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll replace or credit you.

💾 How do I download my digital files?

You’ll receive an email with download links right after purchase. You can also access your downloads in your account anytime!

📦 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because most of our items are custom or made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your order. But we’re humans — and we care! If you’re not happy, reach out and we’ll make it right.

🪐 Are your 3D printed items toys?

Nope! They’re decor pieces and accessories — not meant for children under 10, and should be kept away from heat.
